We understand how important it is to find the home product for your home, and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As such, we’re happy to facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order.
In stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of when the order is received, unless you are notified otherwise at the time you place your order.
Please note that during any holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
We offer complimentary ground shipping for all full-priced orders to the United States and Canada. These will be shipped from our warehouse located in British Colombia. Orders can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Cabpar or Canada post.

You can return the unwanted item/s and request either a refund or store credit, we will happily facilitate a return/exchange where the goods are unused, unwashed, unmarked or damaged due to transportation, and have been returned within 30 days of being received. Please open your package as soon as it arrives, as we are unable to accept returns that fall outside of our 30 day returns window. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team by Live Chat or email us through firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the products. We offer complimentary returns for all full-priced items within the Contiguous Canada and United States and Canada.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the refund to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods.
Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for a full refund, however you still can get in touch with our Customer Service team to see what we can do for you.

Sale Terms & Conditions
For items purchased during a promotional period, we only offer exchanges for store credit. This credit will be issued at the full price of the item purchased. Free return labels are not available for sale item returns. Free standard dispatch shipping still applies within Canada and the US. Discounted items cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discount codes or offers.

Please choose carefully as Archive Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, unless deemed faulty by LIVINGTASTE. We are unable to make amendments to, or cancel orders once they have been placed. Archive Sale items are shipped at a flat rate of US$9.95.
